WATCH: HS kid drains amazing full-court shot to win at the buzzer

Minnesota high school basketball player Oman Oman had a game he’ll never forget Tuesday night. With Austin HS down 56-54 to Northfield and only 1.6 seconds left, the Packers were not in good shape. They needed a miracle to win.

Oman lined up on the block as a Northfield player stepped to the free-throw line. If the free throw was good, Oman would take the ball out of bounds and hope to fire it to a teammate who could heave a potential game-tying 3-pointer as time expired.

That was Plan A, according to the Austin Daily Herald. But then this happened:

Holy cow. Wait, here’s one more angle from a fan in attendance.

"It was just a reaction," Oman said after the 57-56 win. "I just got the ball, and I threw it up. Luckily it went in. It kind of surprised me. I was happy and everyone was charging at me. It was good feeling."

Congrats, Oman. That’s an incredible shot to go along with an incredible name.
