Impact Robinson has two goals and a helper over his last three games. The 30-year-old winger is firmly in a bottom-six role for the Hurricanes, so an extended run of success on offense is unlikely. He's been known to chip in over short spans, but with 11 points, 38 shots on net, 40 hits and a plus-6 rating through 30 appearances, he doesn't stand out enough in any area to be particularly strong in fantasy.

Impact Svechnikov has two goals and eight helpers over his last nine games, but he's added 10 PIM in that span. If the penalty problems persist, he could slip down the lineup -- he was already bumped off the top line as the Hurricanes try to navigate a stretch without Seth Jarvis (upper body). Svechnikov has nine goals, 24 points, 99 shots on net, 61 hits, 26 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 36 outings overall.

Impact Carolina held a 2-0 lead heading into the third period, but a Niko Mikkola point shot deflected past Andersen early in the final frame, and that seemed to open the floodgates. The veteran netminder was seeing his first action since Dec. 4, and while Tuesday's result had a lot more to do with ragged play by the Hurricanes defense, it won't encourage coach Rod Brind'Amour to work Andersen into his three-headed goalie rotation more frequently. Anderson's gone seven straight starts without a win dating back to Nov. 11, stumbling to a 0-5-2 record over that stretch with a 3.64 GAA and .834 save percentage.
