The 24-year-old is primarily a special-teams player, and if he is unable to play, another skill position player will likely take over his snaps.

Drew Sanders - Unavailable due to ankle Sanders (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Patriots.

Impact Sanders has yet to make his season debut, having started the year on injured reserve. The third-year linebacker had his 21-day practice window opened this past Saturday. The 24-year-old was able to practice fully throughout the week, but will ultimately not be activated for Sunday's game. The Broncos currently have 10 active linebackers, and the availability of the corps is likely one of the reasons that Sanders will have to continue to wait for a shot to suit up.

Troy Franklin - Questionable to face New England Franklin (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Patriots.

Impact Franklin, who was limited to 13 snaps in this past Saturday's divisional-round win over the Bills, was able to practice in a limited fashion this week, but his status for the AFC Championship Game won't be confirmed until the Broncos' inactives are posted ahead of the team's 3:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Franklin ends up limited or out this weekend, added WR snaps alongside Courtland Sutton would be available for Pat Bryant, Marvin Mims and Lil'Jordan Humphrey.

In his continued absence, RJ Harvey, Jaleel McLaughlin and Tyler Badie will handle the Broncos' RB duties this weekend. Dobbins' next chance to suit up would occur in the event that Denver advances to Super Bowl LX, which will take place Feb. 8.

The 26-year-old will likely be taking a backseat to Luke Wattenberg (shoulder) this week, as the former starting center may finally be able to return from injured reserve.
