Impact Following a 57-game absence, Kulikov appears to be good to go for Sunday's matchup against the Islanders. The Panthers moved Cole Schwindt (lower body) to injured reserve in a corresponding move. Impact Bobrovsky was sharp in his first start after the break Thursday then got the second part of the back-to-back off Friday. He'll get another crack in between the pipes in Florida's first road game after the Olympic break on Long Island. Impact Kulikov has missed 57 straight contests after getting hurt in Florida's second game of the 2025-26 season. He will need to be activated from long-term injured reserve to be eligible to return to action. If Kulikov receives the green light to play, he will probably replace Uvis Balinskis (undisclosed) in Sunday's lineup against the Islanders.

Daniil Tarasov - Tough loss to Buffalo Tarasov stopped 36 of 38 shots in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres, with Buffalo's final goal getting scored into an empty net.

Impact With the game tied 1-1 midway through the third period, Beck Malenstyn put Buffalo in the lead for good with a shot from the blue line. However, Tarasov felt his glove was impeded by Mattias Samuelsson's stick which preventing him from making the save, but no goaltender interference was given after a coach's challenge.
