Nabs OT victory Driedger turned aside 32 shots in a 4-3 overtime win over Carolina on Wednesday.
Impact Driedger, starting for the second game in a row, slowed the Hurricanes long enough for Florida to climb its way back from a 2-0 first-period deficit. With the win, Driedger improved to 5-1-1 with a 2.39 GAA and .924 save percentage. He's been markedly better than teammate Sergei Bobrovsky and is the Florida goalie fantasy managers should be rostering.

Solid in return from injury Forsling (upper body) had three shots and two blocks in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over Carolina. He also provided one hit and was plus-1.
Impact Forsling was back in the lineup after a nine-game absence and logged 17:23 of ice time, nearly all of it at even strength. It was a serviceable performance by the 24-year-old, who last saw game action on Jan. 28. Forsling is without a point through four contests this season.

Impact Wennberg pulled the Panthers even at 2-2 just 3:11 into the third period, tapping in a slick backhand dish from Jonathan Huberdeau. The goal was Wennberg's fourth of the year, all of which have come over the past six games, leaving him one shy of the five he scored in 57 games last season.

Impact Lammikko slipped a backhand shot past Alex Nedeljkovic from a sharp angle at the bottom of the right circle to give the Panthers a 3-2 lead with 7:54 left in the third period. It was the first career goal for the 25-year-old, who entered the night with just six assists in his first 47 NHL games. Impact Duclair hadn't scored through his first 11 games, but it certainly wasn't for a lack of effort. He now has 32 shots through 12 games, placing him fifth on the team. This will hopefully burst the dam open for Duclair, who is currently sitting at a career-low 3.1 shooting percentage.

Keeps ball rolling Hornqvist tallied an assist in Monday's 6-4 win over the Lightning.
Impact So far, the Panthers' trade for Hornqvist is paying off. The 34-year-old has six goals and 12 points in 13 games, with six of those points coming on the power play. Hornqvist has seen his point totals decrease in each of the past three seasons, but a spot on the Panthers' top power-play unit is doing wonders for the gritty winger.

Buries first goal Tippett scored his first goal of the season in Monday's 6-4 win over Tampa Bay.
Impact Hopefully this goal can start an offensive breakthrough for Tippett, who has managed only four points in 18 career games. The 10th overall pick in 2017, Tippett has shown his offensive ability in both the OHL and the AHL, but he hasn't been able to transfer his scoring touch to the Panthers. He is likely to bounce between the Cats' bottom six and the taxi squad for the remainder of the season.
