Impact Lankinen is still making his way back from Milan after taking part in the Winter Olympics with Finland. The Canucks recalled Nikita Tolopilo from AHL Abbotsford on Monday, though whether Tolopilo or Jiri Patera gets the nod versus Winnipeg remains to be seen. Even with the travel delays, Lankinen should be back in time to get the nod on the road versus Seattle on Saturday.

Impact Chytil didn't play in Feb. 4's 5-2 loss to Vegas because of migraines. It's not clear if his migraine issues are behind him, but the facial fracture is expected to keep him out for a considerable amount of time, regardless. Chytil has made just 12 appearances this campaign, primarily because of injury issues, and he's consequently been limited to three goals, six PIM and 24 shots in 2025-26.
