The Suns' shooting eye was off early; they missed their first four 3-point attempts and trained 25-19 after the first quarter. They pulled within two by halftime, then pulled away by outscoring the Bucks 30-14 in the third quarter. Booker had 10 points in the quarter.

"In the second half, we picked it up on both ends," said Suns coach Nate Bjorkgren. "We keep telling these guys it's our defensive intensity that creates our offense."
