Green Bay Packers are the new favorites to win Super Bowl 50

Will the Green Bay Packers hoist the trophy named after their legendary coach at the end of the 2015 season?

The oddsmakers at Bovada have the Packers as 6/1 favorites to win Super Bowl 50, according to a recent update at OddsShark.com. Previously, the Packers trailed the Seattle Seahawks at 7/1 odds to win it all.

After the Packers, Bovada believes the Seahawks (13/2), Indianapolis Colts (8/1), New England Patriots (9/1) and Dallas Cowboys (10/1) are the next most likely teams to win Super Bowl 50. The Denver Broncos (12/1), Philadelphia Eagles (20/1), Arizona Cardinals (25/1), Baltimore Ravens (25/1) and Pittsburgh Steelers (25/1) round out the top-10 teams.

Last season, the Packers were a couple bad bounces away from a Super Bowl appearance. Their heart-breaking loss to the Seahawks in the NFC Championship should serve as motivation and could propel them to the pinnacle of professional football.
