Packers QB Rodgers sits out for Patriots game

Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers is sitting out the Packers' game against the New England Patriots.

Rodgers did not practice this week while recovering from his second concussion of the season.

Linebacker Frank Zombo and defensive end Cullen Jenkins were also on the inactive list. But left guard Daryn Colledge was on the active roster after spraining his knee against the Detroit Lions.

Also inactive for the Packers were cornerbacks Pat Lee and Josh Gordy; running back James Starks and offensive linemen Nick McDonald and Marshall Newhouse.

The Patriots inactives were: receiver Taylor Price; running backs Fred Taylor and Thomas Clayton; offensive linemen Rich Ohrnberger and Mark LeVoir and defensive linemen Myron Pryor, Ron Brace and Mike Wright.
