ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) The Buffalo Bills have promoted offensive lineman Gabe Ikard from their practice squad and released linebacker Bryson Albright.

The moves were announced hours before the Bills host the New York Jets on Thursday night.

The Bills enter the game lacking offensive line depth, with starting left tackle Cordy Glenn ruled out because of an injury to his left ankle. Buffalo is also minus backup tackle Seantrel Henderson, who is suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

Ikard is an interior lineman who appeared in three games with the Bills last season.

Albright was an undrafted rookie free agent out of Miami (Ohio).
