Chiefs without 3 starters against Ravens
Running back Peyton Hillis, defensive end Glenn Dorsey and safety Kendrick Lewis were inactive for the Kansas City Chiefs' game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
Along with center Rodney Hudson and tight end Kevin Boss, who are on injured reserve, Kansas City is playing without five starters. Hillis (ankle) and Dorsey (calf) have missed the past two games, while Lewis (shoulder) hasn't played since the preseason.
Ropati Pitoitua (elbow), who had two sacks last week, is also inactive for Kansas City.
The Chiefs are also without backup defensive back Jalil Brown (hamstring), so they elevated undrafted rookie Neiko Thorpe from the practice squad and released center Bryan Mattison.
Backup offensive lineman Jah Reid (calf) and linebacker Sergio Kindle are the only notable inactive players for Baltimore.
