Amari Cooper is the Raiders' most valuable relocation piece

Published Jan. 10, 2016 11:44 p.m. ET

If and when the Raiders leave town, they'll be bringing one of the league's tantalizing talents with them.

Other relocating teams don't have the advantage of an Amari Cooper. The rookie wide receiver is an instant marketing asset in whichever city his Silver-and-Black-clad team ultimately lands.

No player earned more Rookie of the Week honors than Cooper did (3) in 2015. And the Alabama product could ultimately win the Rookie of the Year honors, too.

That notoriety would do wonders in a star-driven market like Los Angeles. It helps that Cooper is Nike-sponsored, too.

He's no outspoken, Kobe Bryant-type. But Coopers highlight-reel catches and fantasy appeal make him the ideal wide receiver to take Los Angeles by storm.
