Meek Mill can't win in his own city, gets trashed by 76ers announcer

Even in his own city, Meek Mill can't win. Alongside girlfriend Nicki Minaj, on Saturday afternoon the Philadelphia rapper had courtside seats to watch his hometown 76ers take on the Golden State Warriors.

The game was surprisingly awesome, and the Warriors needed every second to pull out a win. But the real highlight came slightly off the floor, during the local Sixers broadcast. Take it away, Marc Zumoff!

The timing couldn't be worse. That very same day, Meek's public enemy, Drake, released a new single "Summer Sixteen" in which he further demolishes the Philly rapper's career. To his credit, Mill also threw some of his own gasoline on their battle with "War Pain," easily his best effort in months.

But it doesn't matter. Meek Mill could release the next White Album and the Internet wouldn't care. He's forever and ever a punching bag.

Charity work be damned, he can't even get some love from his own local NBA play-by-play announcer—arguably the definition of rock bottom.

Early retirement should be just around the corner.
