Tom Brady gets booed during Super Bowl 50 pregame ceremony

Updated Mar. 5, 2020 12:14 a.m. ET

Last year, Tom Brady and the Patriots were playing in the Super Bowl, but Sunday he had an excuse to be at this one without his teammates: a pregame ceremony honoring the MVPs of every previous big game.

Brady, an MVP in Super Bowls XXXVI, XXXVIII, XLIX, was introduced before a primarily Broncos and Panthers crowd. Well, there is no love lost since Brady beat the Panthers in a Super Bowl and Broncos fans just saw him go down in the AFC title game. The response to Brady's introduction was obvious.

He got booed:

Rough. But we doubt Brady is losing any sleep over it. He still has four rings and a super-model wife at home.
