Derrick Brooks has made it to the Pro Football Hall of Fame and was inducted into the Bucs’ Ring of Honor. Now, he’s been named as the Bucs’ all-time favorite player according to Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times.
"Former Bucs linebacker and Pro Football Hall of Famer Derrick Brooks has been voted as the team’s all-time favorite player, according to fan voting on the team’s official site." Auman explained.
Auman also pointed out that the top five included the likes of Warren Sapp at No. 5, then John Lynch, Ronde Barber and Mike Alstott. Not surprisingly, all five of those players were on the Super Bowl team from back in 2002.
