Ravens to sign free-agent WR Mike Wallace

The Baltimore Ravens are expected to sign veteran wide receiver Mike Wallace, the team announced Tuesday.

Wallace, who met with Ravens coach John Harbaugh on Tuesday, has reportedly agreed to a two-year, $11.5 million deal.

Baltimore has been without a legitimate deep threat since Torrey Smith departed in free agency last season. Wallace could step in and fill that role for the Ravens and quarterback Joe Flacco, who is considered one of the better deep-pass throwers in the league.
