Inactive for the Bengals was linebacker Vontaze Burfict, who was out for the fourth straight game after knee surgery. Vincent Rey will start in his place. Running back Giovani Bernard was active after missing the past three games with an injured shoulder and hip.
No. 1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney was active for the second straight week after Houston's linebacker missed seven of the previous eight games with a knee injury and an illness.
