All-Pros Earl Thomas and Richard Sherman were full participants as the Seattle Seahawks held their first full Super Bowl practice of the week.

Seattle's entire 53-man roster took park in Wednesday's practice at Arizona State University. Thomas dislocated a shoulder in the NFC championship game win over Green Bay and sat out two days of practice last week. Thomas was limited in Seattle's last practice before leaving for Arizona.

''I feel so much better,'' Thomas said earlier Wednesday before practice. ''Each day, it's surprised me because this is my first time with the injury and you don't know what to expect. It has been just positive results from the trainers.''

Sherman sprained an elbow against the Packers, but was fully practicing last week. Also full participants for Seattle were guard J.R. Sweezy (ankle), running back Marshawn Lynch (back) and tackle Justin Britt (knee).
