Patriots activate WR Brandon LaFell from PUP list

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) The New England Patriots have added receiver Brandon LaFell to the 53-man roster in time for Sunday's game against the New York Jets.

LaFell had been on the reserve/physically unable to perform list since Sept. 5 with a foot injury.

LaFell had a career-high 74 receptions, 953 yards and seven touchdowns last season. He added 13 receptions for 199 yards and two touchdowns in the postseason.
