Oakland Raiders Have Three Players In Top 50 Merchandise Sales

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 5:40 p.m. ET

The NFL Player’s Association released their annual list of player specific merchandise sales, and three Oakland Raiders are in the Top 50.

Every year, the NFLPA release a list of the Top 50 NFL players in merchandise sales. For the 2016 seasons, three Oakland Raiders made the cut — Derek Carr, Amari Cooper, and Khalil Mack.

Carr led the way for the Raiders at 16th, which is actually down two spots from the 2015 season. Amari is 19th, also down two spots from last year. And Mack is 20th…down two spots from last year.

So all three players down exactly two spots in the rankings. Odd coincidence.

The rankings are made up of various products sold, including, jerseys, t-shirts, figurines, bobbleheads and wall decals, among other items.

Not so bold prediction: The Raiders will have exactly the same three players in the Top 50 next year. No more, no less.

It’s too bad offensive lineman aren’t “sexy” merchandise sales, because four of the five are well deserving.

Is there any Raiders you thought that could have made the top 50?

The top five is made up of Tom Brady, Ezekiel Elliott, Dez Bryant, Odell Beckham Jr. and Carson Wentz. Seriously, Carson Wentz is fifth.

The full list can be seen here.
