Ravens LB Dumervil inactive vs Vikings with sprained ankle
Ravens linebacker Elvis Dumervil has been placed on the inactive list for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings because of a sprained ankle.
Dumervil sprained his left ankle in Baltimore's 22-20 win over Pittsburgh on Thanksgiving night. He leads the Ravens with 9 1/2 sacks.
Baltimore's inactive list includes tight end Dallas Clark. The Ravens activated tight end Dennis Pitta from the injured list on Saturday, and he's expected to make his season debut after being sidelined with a fractured and dislocated hip.
Vikings running back Adrian Peterson missed some practice time with a groin injury but is not on the inactive list. He is expected to start on a snowy day in Baltimore.
Minnesota's inactives include quarterback Christian Ponder, tight end Kyle Rudolph, defensive tackle Chase Baker and cornerback Xavier Rhodes.
