Gregg Popovich offers unique reason for Boris Diaw missing Spurs game

It didn't quite show up in the boxscore as "DNP: French," but according to San Antonio Spurs coach/comedian Gregg Popovich, that was the reason Boria Diaw did not play in Monday's exhibition game.

Yes, Popovich claimed that the center missed the game because he is French.

The Spurs' official Twitter account gave a more legitimate reason for Diaw's absence.
