Former teammate calls Tom Brady's plaid jacket 'garbage-can material'

Few players are having better seasons than Tom Brady in 2015. Few players dress as well as Brady, either.

He's been known as a fashion guru for some time now, being a brand ambassador for companies like UGG and Tag Heuer, but his post-game attire on Sunday didn't get the best reviews. Brady came to the podium for his post-game press conference wearing this plaid jacket, and his former teammate Rodney Harrison ripped him for donning it in public.

"It’s probably pretty expensive, but garbage-can material," Harrison said.

That's some serious friendly fire, but of course Harrison was joking around. Even if his former teammate was taking a comical shot at him, Brady backed his choice of apparel on Monday.

"Don’t take style advice from Rodney, of all people,” he said with a laugh on WEEI's Dennis and Callahan. "He’s got a good network gig but he doesn’t need to be giving fashion advice."

Will Brady be spotted wearing it again after taking some heat from Harrison?

"Of course I’ll wear it again," he said. "I love it!"
