This Wizards guard just set a crazy NBA record

Washington Wizards guard Garrett Temple is not having the greatest season, but that's to be expected from a seldom-used journeyman who's yet to fit in any NBA team's rotation.

But while Temple's entire season hasn't been the best thing ever, his past week was. Literally.

Temple dropped 64 points in his last three games.

Over the previous 21 he appeared in this season, he was averaging just 4.9 points per game. That's quite the leap, and with Bradley Beal, Otto Porter and Alan Anderson all out with injuries, Washington couldn't be any happier with how Temple timed it.
