Cody Zeller 'feels really good' and is ahead of schedule in recovery

Cody Zeller's stellar sophomore season was brought to a grinding halt on April 22 when he underwent surgery on his shoulder. His timetable for recovery was originally three months, but according to At The Hive, Zeller is already ahead of schedule.

"Zeller said his recovery is going well and that he 'feels really good, (and has a) bit more range of motion in it.' Also he's visited personal trainers and doctors since the surgery and they're 'all amazed at how far ahead of schedule' he is.'"

This is good news for the Charlotte Hornets, as it means that Zeller won't miss the entire summer with rehab. If his recovery continues at its current rate, he should have at least a month to work on other aspects of his game, such as his three-point shot.
