CHENEY, Wash. (AP) Venky Jois scored 24 points with 12 rebounds and Eastern Washington defeated Sacramento State 74-67 on Saturday despite missing 19 of 20 3-pointers.

Eastern Washington (11-10, 5-4 Big Sky) drained a school-record 20 3-pointers two days earlier, but Jois covered the lack of long-range shooting by hitting 10 of 15 field goals from the post, including two monster dunks.

Bogdan Bliznyuk added 18 points and 11 rebounds. Austin McBroom scored 16 points, including the Eagles last six from the foul line - where he was 10-for-13 - in the final 1:31. The Eagles were 19-for-24 at the line to Sacramento State's 5 of 8.

Marcus Graves scored 19 to lead the Hornets (9-10, 2-6) closing a 15-point gap to 70-67 with 17 seconds left, and freshman Jeff Wu matched his career-best of 14 points.
