Leonard Hankerson jokes about short stint with Patriots in Twitter bio

Two weeks ago, it seemed as though the New England Patriots got a steal when they claimed wide receiver Leonard Hankerson off waivers from the Atlanta Falcons. His tenure in New England didn't last long though, as he played just one game before he was released on Saturday.

Since then, he's been claimed by the Buffalo Bills where he'll look to help yet another depleted wide receiver group.

As many players do, Hankerson updated his Twitter bio with his current and past employers. In the process, he joked about his short stint with the Patriots. Take a look:

At least he can say he played for the defending Super Bowl champions. He won't be going to the playoffs with the Bills like he would have with New England, but he should have a chance to play in Buffalo. This season, he's caught 26 passes for 327 yards and three touchdowns.
