Los Angeles Angels in 2018: FOX Sports West to televise 31 Spring Training games

FOX Sports West and the Angels have unveiled their 2018 Cactus League telecast schedule, announcing a full slate of 31 games available on FOX Sports West/Prime Ticket as well as FOX Sports GO via mobile, tablet and connected devices.

FOX Sports West's Angels Spring Training telecasts from Tempe, Ariz. will again feature Terry Smith and analyst Jose Mota. Immediately following game coverage, 'Angels Live' will offer a post-game recap with Kent French who will rotate at the host position with Patrick O'Neal and Mota throughout the schedule to lead discussions alongside analyst Mark Gubicza and Mota.

When the Angels return home to Southern California for the Freeway Series exhibition games, Victor Rojas joins Gubicza as they begin their ninth season together in the booth, while Alex Curry offers reports throughout series. Each of the three games will be bookended by “Angels Live” pre- and post-game coverage from site.

Ahead of Spring Training coverage, FOX Sports West will partner with the Angels on Wednesday, Feb. 14 to deliver the Angels Press Conference, with RHP/DH Shohei Ohtani and GM Billy Eppler from Tempe.

The live stream will begin at 2 p.m.PT on the FOX Sports West Facebook page and on FOXSportsWest.com.

The regional sports network will also produce two original programs during Spring Training including, a half-hour 'Angels Live: Offseason Report' debuting Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m.. And on March 25, ahead of the Freeway Series exhibition game, ;Angels Live: Season Preview Special; will offer a one-hour look at the season ahead beginning at 4:30 p.m.. The show will re-air later that evening, following coverage of the Angels at Dodgers, at approximately 9:30 p.m.

In addition to telecast coverage, all Angels games produced by the FOX Sports West will also be available on FOX Sports GO.
