The Jacksonville Jaguars have released veteran defensive tackle C.J. Mosley.

Mosley spent the last three seasons with the Jaguars, starting 15 games and recording 136 tackles.

He won the starting job over Terrance Knighton last season. He started 12 games in 2012 and had a career-best 80 tackles. He also had 2 1/2 sacks and three fumble recoveries.

Mosley has eight years in the league, spending time with Minnesota, the New York Jets, Cleveland and Jacksonville.
