Sano homers twice as Twins top Rays

Miguel Sano hit his first two home runs, both solo shots, as the Minnesota Twins edged the Tampa Bay Rays 4-3 in a spring training game Friday.

Byron Buxton had two hits, scored a run and stole two bases. Jose Berrios got the start and gave up one run and three hits over four innings in his third start, while reliever Tyler Duffey held the Rays without a hit in two scoreless innings.

C.J. Cron drove in a run with his third double for Tampa Bay, while Denard Span singled in a run and stole a base.
