The Thrashers have activated All-Star defenseman Tobias Enstrom from injured reserve before Friday night's game against the New York Rangers.

Enstrom broke a finger in a loss Jan. 22 to the Rangers, causing him to miss the All-Star Game. He had set a franchise record by playing in 296 consecutive games.

The defenseman ranks second on the team with 41 points. He has eight goals and 33 assists in 50 games.
