WATCH: Wong goes long for grand slam, Cards' only runs in win

Winners of eight of their last 10 games, the St. Louis Cardinals are cruising toward another divisional title because of a well-rounded roster that finds different ways to contribute.

On a difficult night to get runners across against Reds starter Raisel Iglesias, who struck out seven in six innings of work, Cardinals second baseman Kolten Wong won the game with one swing of the bat.

He erased a 1-0 Cincinnati lead in the bottom of the fourth inning, driving a 3-2 pitch with two outs and the bases loaded deep into the right-field bleachers. Just like that it was 4-1, and neither team would score again.

It was Wong's 11th home run of the season.
