It looks like Dino Babers is off to a good start at Syracuse as the Orange’s first-year head coach scored a commit from three-star defensive end Kendall Coleman on Friday, according to reports.

Coleman is a 6-3, 235-pounder from Cathedral High School in Indiana who initially committed to Western Michigan before being swayed to Syracuse.

Syracuse has flipped another one, this time in three-star defensive end Kendall Coleman out of Cathedral High in Indiana. Coleman committed to Western Michigan last February with Mike Hart and Vinson Reynolds as his primary recruiters. Both have transitioned to Syracuse recently, and they immediately targeted Coleman.

"Syracuse is a good school to go to with or without football," Coleman said previously. "An education from Syracuse is something that not a lot of people can say they have."

Coleman, who is ranked the 22nd-best prospect in the state of Indiana by 247Sports, said his connection with Hart sealed the deal.
