Watch Luis Suarez make this difficult volley look like child’s play

Barcelona took on Sporting Gijon on Wednesday, going up 3-1 in the first half and looking comfortable. The best goal of the first 45 came courtesy of Luis Suarez who unleashed a splintering volley that cracked off the post and flew into the back of the net, sending Barcelona back up by two.

The volley itself is impeccably hit, but it's the work Suarez does to sort his feet out and get his body shaped properly that is the real story of this one.

And how easy he makes it look.

The ball's coming down 20-odd feet out of the air over his head, and he's forced to backtrack, shuffle his feet, time the drop and still open his body up to catch this one properly.

He does all of this in a split second, places the volley perfectly, and he makes it look no more difficult than moving side to side in a line dance.

Unreal.
