Vote now: Which driver underachieved the most in 2016?

It wasn't the type of 2016 NASCAR Premier Series season that any of these drivers had hoped for or anticipated.

But which one underachieved the most?

Was it Danica Patrick, who failed to record a single top-five or top-10 finish while finishing 24th in the points in the same Stewart-Haas Racing equipment that allowed her other three teammates -- Kevin Harvick, Kurt Busch and Tony Stewart -- to make the Chase playoffs?

Was it Kasey Kahne, who also struggled in top-notch Hendrick Motorsports equipment?

Or one of two Richard Childress Racing teammates -- Ryan Newman and Paul Menard -- who thought they had what it took to make return trips to the Chase and didn't really come close to achieving those goals?

Or, finally, was it Clint Bowyer in his one lame-duck season as driver for now-defunct HScott Motorsports? Sure, it wasn't the same great equipment he'll drive in 2017 as Stewart's replacement at Stewart-Haas Racing, but he didn't expect to finish a career-worst 27th in the points.

This is your chance, race fans, to make your voice heard by voting now in the latest FOXSports.com NASCAR poll below.
