TOP PLAYERS

Arizona: Sophomore QB Khalil Tate rushed for 1,353 yards and 12 TDs and passed for 1,289 yards and nine TDs with eight picks.

Purdue: QB Elijah Sindelar threw for 1,703 yards and 14 TDs with six interceptions.

NOTABLE

Arizona: Tate rushed for 327 yards against Colorado in October, establishing an FBS single-game rushing record for a quarterback. He also rushed for 230 yards and two touchdowns against UCLA and finished with 378 yards of total offense and three touchdowns.

Purdue: The Boilermakers under first-year head coach Jeff Brohm won their most games since 2012 and finished tied for third place in the Big Ten West Division, their best showing since division play began in 2011. Purdue's six losses were by an average of 7.7 points and four of the Boilermakers' setbacks were to ranked teams.
