NEW YORK (AP) The WNBA has rescinded a technical foul called against Liz Cambage of the Dallas Wings.

The technical, which would have been her seventh resulting in a one-game suspension, was called during a review of a play with 6:56 left in the fourth quarter Tuesday night. Allie Quigley of Chicago hit the free throw and the Chicago Sky ended up winning 92-91.

Had Cambage's technical foul not been rescinded, she would have had to sit out the Wings' game against the Indiana Fever on Thursday night. There have already been more technical fouls called this season than last year and there's still 20 percent of the schedule to go.

The Wings (14-12) currently sit in eighth place in the standings.
