Alan Jouban said he wanted to bounce back after a recent loss, and he took out his frustration on Brendan O'Reilly with a brutal striking attack to finish the fight early in the first round Saturday at UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Mir.

Ever since joining the UFC roster, Jouban has put on show-stopping performances nearly every time he’s stepped into the Octagon, and his latest fight was no exception.

Known best for his striking attacks, Jouban wasted no time closing the distance on O'Reilly. As soon as the fight started, Jouban started looking for heavy punches and elbows from inside the clinch.

It was clear right away that O'Reilly was struggling with Jouban's aggression and before long he was backed up against the cage where he had no escape.

Like a shark smelling blood in the water, Jouban realized his opening and he blasted away at the native Australian with a barrage of punches, kicks and knees until O'Reilly was barely able to stay vertical.

Eventually, Jouban simply overwhelmed O'Reilly and as his defense wilted, the referee had no choice but to step in and stop the carnage before it got much worse.

Jouban gets his fourth win since joining the UFC roster with his third TKO victory overall inside the Octagon.
