Aguero, Reyes to miss Atletico's Tenerife game

Sergio Aguero and Jose Antonio Reyes have been left out of Atletico Madrid's team to visit Tenerife for Sunday's league match due to injuries, coach Quique Sanchez Flores said.

Striker Aguero, who has been Atletico's outstanding player this season, has a leg strain which kept him out of last week's loss against Villarreal. This is the first time he has missed two league games in a row during his career at the club.

Midfielder Reyes was substituted in the Villarreal game due to a neck injury and has not recovered.

Atletico is 14th in the league with 13 points.
