Will Smith fires back at former teammate Junior Galette

Junior Galette appeared to use his girlfriend’s Twitter account over the weekend to blast his former New Orleans Saints teammates and coaches after he was released. Free agent defensive end Will Smith found his way into the crosshairs, and he wasn’t pleased about it.

Canal Street Chronicles rounded up a collection of screenshots that allegedly show what Galette said on Twitter. After the tweets went viral, Galette told Nick Underhill of The New Orleans Advocate that he had no involvement and that neither he nor his girlfriend have a Twitter account.

It’s safe to assume Smith doesn’t believe him, as you can see if you read the NSFW exchange between Smith and Galette here.

Galette said some nasty stuff about several of his former teammates, and he made explosive accusations against Saints coach Sean Payton. We have no way of knowing if it was actually Galette, but the level of detail indicated that it was someone with an axe to grind who had knowledge of the inner workings of the organization.
