FOX SPORTS SOUTHWEST SUBMISSION GUIDELINES (“Guidelines”)

You understand that you are responsible for all content that you submit to this site (“Content”). Arc Holding Ltd., operator of the FS Southwest programming service (“Fox”), its employees and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any Content or for monitoring this site for inappropriate Content. Fox does not endorse any opinions expressed on this site. If at any time, Fox chooses in its sole discretion to monitor this site, Fox nonetheless assumes no responsibility for Content, assumes no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and assumes no responsibility for the conduct of any user or visitor. Fox reserves the right, but disclaims any obligation or responsibility, to remove Content that violates any of the following as determined by Fox in its sole discretion:

1.     You must be 18 years of age or older.

2.     You must review and accept these Guidelines and the Fox terms of use and privacy policy.

3.     All Content submissions are subject to use at Fox’s discretion.

4.     Submissions must not include any music.

5.     Submissions must not include any posters, pictures, artwork, brand name products or company logos – even on your clothing and in the background.

6.     Do not submit any Content that is unlawful; threatening; harmful; abusive; pornographic or includes nudity; offensive; harassing; excessively violent; tortuous; defamatory; invasive of another’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, contract or other rights; false or misleading; obscene; vulgar; libelous; hateful; or discriminatory.

7.     Do not submit any Content or engage in any activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permits the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network.

8.     Do not submit any Content that may violate or violates the rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

9.     Do not submit any Content that includes, exploits or endangers minors.

10.   Do not submit personal information about another individual.

11.   Do not solicit, collect or request any personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes.

12.   Do not submit an image or video of another person without that person’s consent.

13.   Do not submit any Content that includes alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs.

14.   Off-topic Content, spam, or astroturfing is prohibited.

15.   Content shall not include any information intended to promote and/or generate revenue for any third party business activity.
