USC athletic director Pat Haden will reportedly remain on the College Football Playoff selection committee.

Haden has been at the center of media attention during the end of the Sarkisian era at USC. Heater Dinich, who covers the College Football Playoff for ESPN.com, reports today official confirmation that Haden will remain on the selection committee. Haden is one of 13 members currently on the committee.

"With everything going on at USC, Pat Haden should recuse himself from the Playoff Selection Committee," tweeted Desmond Howard. "One less decision for him to be a part.

Other athletic directors on the committee include University of Arkansas Fayetteville's Jeff Long (chairman), Barry Alvarez (Wisconsin), Kirby Hocutt (Texas Tech) and Dan Radakovich (Clemson).
