Rutgers receiver Mohamed Sanu broke the Big East single-season record for receptions when he made his 93rd catch of the season in the fourth quarter against Army.

The old record was set by Larry Fitzgerald of Pittsburgh in 2003. He now plays for the Arizona Cardinals.

Sanu snapped the record with a 13-yard catch Saturday. He had 13 receptions for 129 yards at that point.
