Tim Donnelly threw two touchdown passes and Andrew Pierce ran for another score, as Delaware's defense stifled William & Mary in a 21-0 win on Saturday night.

Donnelly finished 16 of 24 for 124 yards with an interception, and Pierce ran for 143 yards on 28 carries along with catching seven passes for 26 yards for the Blue Hens (4-2, 2-1 Colonial Athletic Association).

Delaware snapped a three-game losing skid to William & Mary (3-3, 1-2), which was shut out for the first time since 1997 - also at Delaware.

Donnelly threw a 29-yard TD to Bobby Russo in the opening quarter, Pierce had a 4-yard scoring scamper in the second quarter and the Delaware quarterback hit Nihja White from 11 yards out to complete the scoring in the fourth.

The Blue Hens outgained the Tribe 338-210, and held them to 1-for-13 on third-down conversions.
