Darren Moore had 18 points and 10 rebounds and UC Irvine defeated Seattle 85-77 Saturday night in a subregional game of the 2K Sports Classic benefiting Coaches Vs. Cancer.

Patrick Rembert led the Anteaters (2-2) with 21 points. He was 7-for-7 from the free-throw line. Chris McNealy and Mike Wilder each had 11 points for UC Irvine, which never led by more than 10 points.

Aaron Broussard led all scorers with 25 points for Seattle (1-5). Alex Jones scored 19 points and Garrett Lever had 10 rebounds for the Redhawks.
