MOREHEAD, Ky. (AP) Karam Mashour scored a career-high 22, on 8-of-10 shooting, and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Morehead State past SIU-Edwardsville 91-63 on Thursday night.

Angelo Warner made 6 of 8 field goals, including 4 of 6 from 3-point range, and finished with 18 points and five assists for Morehead State (7-12, 2-2 Ohio Valley). Miguel Dicent made a career-high three 3-pointers and scored 13 points while Kareem Storey had a career-high seven assists and four steals.

The Eagles never trailed and used a 15-4 run to open up a 19-7 lead with 14:10 left in the first half. They led by double figures the rest of the way took a 47-28 advantage into halftime.

Morehead State shot 54 percent from the field and made 10 of 23 from 3-point range. SIU-Edwardsville, which was led by Jalen Henry's 12 points, shot worse than 30 percent from the field (28.3) for the first time since Nov. 17, 2011.
