Héber lifts NYCFC to 1-1 draw with Orlando City

NEW YORK (AP) — Héber Araújo dos Santos scored on a putback in the 51st minute and New York City FC played to a 1-1 draw with Orlando City on Saturday.

Héber's equalizer for NYCFC (2-1-6) was set up by Maxi Moralez's shot, which Brian Rowe saved with a rebound off the near post.

Nani opened the scoring in the 18th minute, pouncing on Maxime Chanot's failed clear attempt and slotting it home. Nani has five goals in the last four games for Orlando City (3-3-3).

Orlando City appeared to take a 2-0 lead when Tesho Akindele found the net in the 33rd minute, but the goal was disallowed after video review.
