Mark Ingram was enjoying a bit of downtime during practice, but he wants you to watch him whip, now watch him "Nae Nae.

That's Ingram dancing to the popular "Watch Me" by Silento, via the team's official Twitter account. He probably didn't actually want anyone to catch him doing the popular dance, but hey, fortunately we all got to see Ingram's dance moves.

Best of all, he showed off some pretty impressive rhythm there.
