Ravens safety Ed Reed sat out a fourth consecutive game with a groin injury, leaving Baltimore's secondary thin for its game against Pittsburgh.

The Ravens also played Sunday without cornerback Lardarius Webb, who went on the injured reserve list last week. He was replaced by Chris Carr.

Ravens left tackle Jared Gaither (foot) also sat out, with Michael Oher switching from right tackle to left tackle.

Baltimore also held out WR Justin Harper, S Keith Fitzhugh, LB Tavares Gooden, OL David Hale and NT Kelly Talavou. The Steelers didn't suit up CB Keenan Lewis, FB Carey Davis, OL Chris Kemoeatu and Kraig Urbik, DE Sunny Harris and WR Joey Galloway.
