Report: Cutler sells Colorado mansion
Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler finally sold his mansion home in Colorado last month after accepting an offer that was more than $600,000 below his original asking price, TMZ reported Saturday.
Cutler put the 5,344-square-foot (1,629-square-meter) estate in Parker, Colo., up for sale last year for $1.625 million but sold on July 19 for $1 million. The former Denver Broncos quarterback bought the home for $1.34 million in 2005, TMZ reported, citing court documents.
The report of the sale came almost a week after it emerged that Cutler was no longer due to marry reality star Kristin Cavallari.
Neither Cutler, 28, nor Cavallari, 24, who made her name on "The Hills," confirmed the cause of the split, which came barely four months after he proposed.
Deadspin reported Friday that they had begun returning wedding gifts bought by friends and family.
